Job Summary:

The Compassionate Pet Transportation Specialist is a vital member of our team at Faithful Companion Memorials Inc. This role requires a unique blend of compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport deceased pets from family homes or veterinary clinics to our care facility in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Return cremated remains to families upon completion of cremation services.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork and forms.
  • Operate cremation equipment (training provided).
  • Obtain paw prints and other keepsake items as requested.
  • Customize and package cremains in urns using various tools and equipment.
  • Maintain clean workspaces and vehicles.
  • Provide excellent customer service to families and respond to phone calls in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Handle and transport pets with dignity and respect at all times.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable speaking with people in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift at least 75lbs unaided.
  • Cell phone with ability to call, text, and use GPS application.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering error-free services.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
  • Pass a motor vehicle record and background check, as well as a 4-panel drug screen.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour.
