Our Premium Auditors engage with our clients' policyholders either onsite, virtually, or via phone, typically at the conclusion of the policy period to conduct a comprehensive review of business operations, specific financial documents such as payroll, sales, and/or cost records, and to confirm class codes assigned according to industry and client standards as stipulated by their insurance agreements.
- Independently scheduling appointments with clients to perform the premium audit and gather necessary information
- Submitting audit reports through our web portal and Afirm's exclusive premium auditing software
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person discussions
- Reviewing commercial businesses' payroll and tax documentation
- Assessing operational practices
- Complying with customer requirements and quality standards
- Maintaining confidentiality and acting with integrity
- Successful candidates must reside in Miami
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is essential.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are crucial
- Detail-oriented with a focus on numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical abilities
- Capable of using deductive reasoning to identify solutions
