Responsibilities:

* Serve as a liaison/advocate with outside social and health agencies to ensure residents receive necessary support.
* Plan and conduct after-school programs for resident youth to promote education and personal growth.
* Establish and work with residents' groups to facilitate positive community relations and a sense of belonging.
* Advise the Property Manager on overall service and recreation needs of the residential community to ensure a high quality of life for residents.
* Provide assistance with office duties as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

* 5 years of experience in a supportive service area, preferably working with low-income families, children, youth, seniors, and disabled populations.
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information.
* Familiarity with planning activities and locating outside support services to meet resident needs.
