Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team at UMMS: Charles Regional Medical Center - Crosscountry. As an ER RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and treating patients in the Emergency Room
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions
