We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver high-quality medical services.
Responsibilities- Take complex medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
- Develop treatment plans in conjunction with attending physicians and provide optimal patient medical management.
- Prescribe medication, write orders, and perform procedures as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- MS in Advanced Practice Nursing required.
- At least two years of full-time clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care site required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Compassionate, warm, and patient-focused.
- Lucrative compensation package, including base pay, incentive bonuses, and quality bonus eligibility.
- Paid malpractice with tail coverage.
- Additional benefits, including relocation services, loan forgiveness, and pension plan.
In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices.
