Renaissance Family Practice LPN Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LPN Lead to join our team at Renaissance Family Practice. As an LPN Lead, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our diabetes clinic flow team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient conditions, take vital signs, and administer medications under the direction of an RN.
  • Train and mentor LPNs and MAs, providing input for performance reviews and conducting reviews in conjunction with the clinical coordinator.
  • Administer IV fluids, document patient activities, and maintain strict confidentiality related to medical records.
  • Order clinical supplies, perform phlebotomy and endocrine testing, and ensure proper staffing of the clinic.
  • Represent the concerns of the clinic flow staff and provide input for hiring decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing.
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience required.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability.
