Job Summary

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients and collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Support the Swing Bed Unit in providing a stable and rehabilitative environment for patients.
  • Lead the nursing team in achieving our goals and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in in-service programs, education, and orientation of new personnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Current Minnesota RN License and American Heart Association BLS certification required.
  • Ability to lead and supervise resident/patient care team, interact effectively with physicians, patients, and family, and adapt resources to meet patient needs.
