Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and adjust staffing levels using electronic scheduling systems
  • Monitor attendance and staffing trends, understanding staffing patterns and their construction
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Create and maintain filing systems for personnel records and scheduling documentation
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence related to staffing and scheduling
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and training sessions
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents both physically and digitally
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and document preparation as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of college required
  • Previous healthcare or scheduling experience with e-time systems preferred
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Windows environment
