This is a Dual Role Attending Physician/Medical Director. It is clinical in nature. Must be BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with LTC Experience.brbrstrongResponsibilities:/strongbrbr Take complete responsibility for patients admitted to their servicebr Comply with the AlignMed Partners credentialing processbr Visit assigned patients in a timely fashion according to AlignMed Partners policy and procedurebr Comply with guidelines related to AlignMed Partners initiativesbr Comply with the "Rules and Regulations" of the Medical Staffbr Comply with the AlignMed Partners "Corporate Integrity" policiesbr Assess the customer and ensure that a complete history and physical examination are on the chart within 72 hrs after the admission to the center.brbrstrongQualifications:/strongbrbr M.D. or D.O. requiredbr Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certificationbr Geriatrics specialization is desirablebr Certified Medical Director (CMD) through AMDA is desirablebrbrstrongWhat We Offer:/strongbrbrWe offer a five thousand dollar sign-on bonus and a part-time schedule with no weekends or on call.
