Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve vehicle issues across various makes and models
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services
  • Employ diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems and propose effective solutions
  • Document work orders and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
  • Liaise with service advisors and clients to provide updates on repair status and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and technical skills
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented with exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
  • Must possess personal tools and a valid driver's license
