Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Northwest Health Physicians' Specialty Hospital in Fayetteville. As an RN in our Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Implement and document patient care, ensuring accurate and timely recording of vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of your practice, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Teach patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and self-care skills to promote optimal health outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure to practice as an RN in Arkansas.
  • AHA BLS certification.
  • Current ACLS and PALS certification or acquired within the first 60 days of employment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an emergency department setting.
