About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Earp Distribution. The successful candidate will have a passion for recruitment and training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Main Responsibilities:
- Full life-cycle recruitment, from attracting and selecting top talent to onboarding and orienting new employees, ensure that all recruitment activities are carried out in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, collaborate with management to identify recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, manage and maintain accurate records of employee data and personnel files, maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- Development and implementation of training programs for management and staff, provide ongoing training and coaching to employees to enhance their skills and performance, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, make recommendations for improvement, and communicate results to management and employees, build strong relationships with employees and management to foster a positive and productive work environment, stay up-to-date with changing trends and best practices in HR, provide input and suggestions on company policies and procedures affecting employees.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and training, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
