Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in senior-based insurance products, Life Insurance, and Long Term Care. They should also possess:

  • Financial planning experience with extensive training
  • 4+ years of insurance management experience
  • Experience recruiting, training, managing, and motivating high-performance sales teams
  • An active Life/Health license for the state
  • Series 6 preferred or within six months
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Good credit history

The ideal candidate will reside in the specified regions and have a proven track record of success in sales and leadership.
