In today's climate, where critical issues and human rights are at stake, it is vital for individuals to express their opinions at the polls. Every eligible voter should have the opportunity to influence their community and shape the electoral landscape. Unfortunately, marginalized voters often face significant barriers that hinder their ability to exercise their voting rights. Our mission is to reach out to these underrepresented communities and facilitate voter registration, ensuring that all voices in Wisconsin are amplified during crucial elections.

As a member of our team, you will engage with potential voters in various public spaces, assisting them in registering to vote through a digital platform. Our objective is to mobilize new voters in Wisconsin, ensuring that every voice is heard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with the public in a friendly and respectful manner.
  • Communicate a compelling campaign message and gather complete survey responses from voters.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance outreach skills.
  • Adhere to the campaign's safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with health guidelines.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about progressive politics and promoting democratic engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills; enjoys working with diverse groups and is eager to engage with the public.
  • Motivated individual who strives to connect with as many people as possible.
  • Open to new challenges and interested in developing campaign skills.
  • Culturally aware and able to engage respectfully with teammates and the community.
  • No prior canvassing experience is necessary.

Compensation Details: Canvassers earn $21/hr, while Team Leaders receive $23/hr. Additional benefits include driver bonuses, paid training, sick leave, and referral bonuses. Full-time employees have the option to enroll in our healthcare plan.
