Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior plans for children with autism. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavioral interventions, collecting data, and conducting assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior plans developed by the BCBA
  • Collect data and conduct assessments as needed
  • Work one-on-one with assigned learners and participate in group sessions
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with special needs
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Benefits
  • Hourly rate starting at $20.00/hour, commensurate with experience
