At Johnson Controls, we are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Systems Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of fire safety and security in our clients' facilities.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive service calls from the Service Resource Center, including brief descriptions of equipment/system malfunctions.
  • Contact customer representatives to ascertain equipment/system problems.
  • Diagnose problems and perform service and repairs on electronic fire alarm systems and other related building system products at customer sites.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including fire/life safety systems, access control, nurse call, and paging systems.
  • NICET Level II certification.
  • Valid Fire Alarm License.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Capable of performing physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
