Teaching Assistant Position
Phalen Leadership Academies is seeking a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the delivery of high-quality educational experiences to our scholars.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering lesson plans and instructional activities

Requirements
- 90 College Credit Hours or higher
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
