Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of our dishes, equipment, and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and Sanitize Dishes: Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using our commercial dishwasher or by hand as needed.
  • Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen areas, including the dishroom, walk-in refrigerators, and storage areas.
  • Sort and Remove Trash: Sort and remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen and dishroom areas.
  • Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management, including cleaning ovens, floors, counters, freezers, and refrigerators.
  • Assist with Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and storing supplies.
Requirements:
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Basic Food Handling Skills: Basic food handling skills and knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
