Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development.
  • Expertise in Java programming and the Struts framework.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and related frameworks.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and proficiency in SQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Relevant certifications in Java or associated technologies are highly regarded.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices.
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
