As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our hotel tower.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, employee and storage areas, and maintain all equipment used throughout the shift.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of all duties accomplished during a working shift.
  • Safety and Security: Report all safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies for proper handling and abide by all security measures.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet all guests throughout the shift with a pleasant expression and assist guests with issues within your control.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 6 months of housekeeping experience in a hotel, motel, inn, or similar establishment.
  • Availability: Must have flexible availability, especially on weekends.
  • Cleaning Efficiency: Ability to clean as directed at an acceptable performance rate.
  • Age and Licenses: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
