At Changing Homelessness, Inc., we believe that everyone deserves a place to call home. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Resource Navigator to join our team.

The estimated salary for this position is $44,000 - $49,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Community Resource Navigator, you will be responsible for engaging and building rapport with Veteran families experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless, assessing Veteran families for program eligibility, and generating appropriate referrals to SSVF program & other community resources.

You will work closely with the SSVF Eligibility Screening Specialist during the intake process and until assignment with an SSVF case manager. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well with diverse stakeholders, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
