Key Responsibilities:- Plan and allocate resources (equipment, people, materials, and systems) to achieve performance targets.
- Document daily production activities and review results against established targets.
- Review daily maintenance effectiveness and work with staff to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure focused improvement tools are effectively utilized in problem-solving situations.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with quality and food safety programs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis, and critical control points.
- Ability to communicate effectively and motivate direct reports.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and use effective organizational skills.
- Four-year college degree in business management, production operations management, or equivalent.
