Welder/Fabricator Opportunity at All American Marine

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team at All American Marine in Bellingham, WA. As a Welder/Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient construction of our customized vessels.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position working Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm with weekends off. You will have the opportunity to work in a climate-controlled shop and advance your skills through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities
  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks to meet production requirements
  • Work safely and efficiently in a production environment
  • Participate in and abide by our Drug-Free Workplace Policy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment, as well as the skills and qualifications outlined in our Job Description attached.

Pay Scale for Aluminum Welder/Fabricators (dependent on skill level and experience):

  • Level 1: $21-$28/hour plus benefits
  • Level 2: $25-$32/hour plus benefits
  • Level 3: $30-$39/hour plus benefits
