Audiologist - Part-time

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As an Audiologist, you will play a critical role in evaluating patients with hearing and balance disorders, providing aural rehabilitation, and performing other professional duties.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients using department policies and procedures, and develop diagnostic impressions and recommendations based on test results and patient history.
- Administer and interpret electrophysiologic tests, behavioral diagnostic tests, and audiometric speech tests to assess auditory function and processing.
- Develop and implement aural habilitation and rehabilitation programs, and provide post-fitting counseling and support to patients.
- Document patient information and treatment plans, and communicate changes to relevant personnel.
- Utilize equipment effectively to complete evaluations, and communicate any equipment issues to responsible personnel.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited institution, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology. You should also have strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet software, and presentation software.
