Diagnostic Imaging Technologist
At Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures and related techniques to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic procedures and related techniques to produce high-quality images
- Assist with examination protocol and policy review/revisions
- Coordinate work assignments, workflow, and staffing for an assigned shift/area
- Provide training and act as a clinical or technical resource
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to successful modality operations
Requirements:
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience
- Or 6 years of experience in lieu of education requirement
