Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Experience Operations Representative to join our team at Fidelity Investments. As a key member of our Client Service and Support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

The Role:

  • Support and address client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve and/or facilitate resolution of client issues
  • Interact with business partners and/or contra firms to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Advocate for both client and firm interests

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years customer service experience preferred
  • 2+ years brokerage operations or financial services experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Customer service phone experience
  • Strong service attitude
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem-solving/analytical skills
  • Time management
  • Presentation and negotiation skills

The Team:

The Client Service and Support team is a part of the Client Experience Division of Fidelity Investments. Our team focuses on providing world-class service interactions to our clients who utilize the National Financial Service platform for clearing business needs. As a member of our team, you will assist our clients with various phone inquiries and transactions pertaining to retirement distributions, checks, wires, journals, account documentation, and features, and transfer of assets. You will have opportunities to build working relationships with contacts at external financial firms, as well as with internal business partners.
