We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager in the Construction industry to join our team at Jobot. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Manage the entire construction project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with a team of architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Design and Construction: Oversee the design and construction of transportation and roadway projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with ODOT regulations and guidelines, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Technical Skills: Utilize AutoCAD, Civil3D, and other software to produce detailed project plans and drawings.
- Hydrologic and Hydraulic Modeling: Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to analyze water flow and drainage patterns, and develop solutions to mitigate potential flooding and erosion.
- Site Development: Work with licensed landscape architects to design and implement site development plans, including green infrastructure, stormwater management, and sustainable design features.
- Project Management: Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, and communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Licensure: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Ohio.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in transportation and roadway design, ODOT regulations and guidelines, and AutoCAD and Civil3D software.
- Skills: Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software, such as HEC-RAS or SWMM. Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
