We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Advance Rehabilitation Management Group. About the Role

This is a full-time position available in Arden, NC, with opportunities for part-time and PRN work. Our Physical Therapist Assistant will work closely with our team of licensed physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support the development of our patients' physical therapy plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed physical therapists in the delivery of patient care, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with licensed physical therapists.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a graduate degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
  • Be licensed or pending licensure as a physical therapist assistant in the state of North Carolina.
  • Have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
