Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at MCN - Biltmore Park. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment by taking vital signs and obtaining medical histories.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies, including sterilization.
  • Administer injections and assist with lab testing and phlebotomy.
  • Assist physicians with minor surgeries and physicals.
  • Answer telephone calls and screen referrals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program or twelve months of direct clinical patient care experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Active and unrevoked RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, or NCRMA certification/ABR-OE credentials is highly preferred.
