Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team at Resilient Healthcare. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with physical, mental, or developmental conditions to develop, recover, or maintain their daily living and work skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their occupational performance.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to maximize clients' safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL).
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to educate them on adaptive techniques and strategies to promote independence and confidence.
  • Conduct home and environmental assessments to identify barriers and provide recommendations for modifications to support clients' occupational performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice occupational therapy in the state of employment.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with physical, mental, or developmental conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
