Branch Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Associate to join our team at Locke Supply Co. As a Branch Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering product recommendations, and ensuring that our customers have the products they need when they need them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Offer product recommendations and provide solutions to meet customer needs
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading equipment and supplies
- Prepare and oversee jobs for the next day, ensuring that equipment and supplies are ready to be loaded into the appropriate trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized retail store, including tracking inventory and ensuring that stock is ready for reorders
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and DOT physical and drug test

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with hours of operation from Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. Saturday schedules can be adjusted at the Branch Manager's discretion.
