In this critical role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues.

Using your expertise in automotive systems and diagnostic tools, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers and help drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

Evaluate vehicle malfunction codes to identify root causes

Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire rotations

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues

Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and build trust

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program preferred

ASE certification or SAE certification highly valued

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills essential for success in this role
