Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $ 85,000 - 115,000. Additionally, MaineHealth offers a range of benefits, including paid parental leave, flexible work policies, student loan assistance, and well-being resources for employees and their families.

Responsibilities
This role will involve providing direct patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have a current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Maine and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Experience in respiratory or ICU settings is preferred, but not required. All new graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our Residency program.
