Job Summary

The Guest Services Representative is a key member of our team at ESA Management, LLC, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering a world-class experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Assist guests at all times, responding to their requests with diligence and follow-through. Empower guests to resolve issues through our Make it Right process.
  • Front Office Operations: Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
  • Accounting and Cash Handling: Handle collection efforts of all in-house balances, accounting for cash, check, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
  • Breakfast Setup and Maintenance: Set up, maintain, and take down breakfast services as required by time of day.
  • Property Tours: Conduct periodic tours of the property to ensure it meets brand standards.
  • Accommodations and Compliance: Assist guests with reasonable accommodations and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Ability to understand and communicate in English proficiently, operate property management system technology, and work through all shift reports and perform audit functions when necessary.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly remain stationary, navigate the hotel and parking lot, reach and handle objects, detect sounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
