Position Summary

The role of Crop Advisor at Simplot Grower Solutions is centered around providing outstanding service to agricultural producers by presenting a comprehensive array of farming products and solutions. This position is accountable to the Area Sales Manager and is crucial in meeting the financial and operational goals of the organization within specific agronomic territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the Simplot brand while fostering sales expansion in the assigned region
  • Recognize avenues to improve customer profitability through customized products and services
  • Work collaboratively with team members to optimize sales and market opportunities
  • Ensure streamlined operational processes and robust customer relations
  • Maintain precise documentation and support financial oversight
Qualifications
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Proven dedication to customer service excellence
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Preferred CCA and PCA certifications

Travel Requirement: Less than 10%
