We are dedicated to developing and institutionalizing a Digital Engineering environment to tackle the toughest challenges facing the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced engineers to architect and design Space and Ground solutions using advanced Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Institutionalize Digital Engineering concepts, processes, and tools to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior engineers in Digital Engineering principles and best practices.
  • Create engineering artifacts and develop models of mission systems using MBSE Digital Engineering tools, including NoMagic Cameo EA, Rhapsody, and Sparx EA.
  • Lead the definition of data standards, data structures, and supporting technologies to manage data needs.
  • Develop architecture and integrate enterprise tools to support requirements engineering, ERB process, CONOPS, and architecture development.
  • Collaborate with the MBSE users and tool development team to communicate modeling needs and innovate solutions.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to senior managers on creating and implementing new MBSE methods and techniques.
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience with a BS/BA or 8-10 years with an MS/MA.
  • Current and active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
  • BS in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related STEM degree.
  • Experience with industry MBSE tools and modeling methodologies, including UML/SysML.
  • Lead a team of engineers to integrate enterprise tools and develop MBSE-based processes.
  • Knowledge of DoDAF, UPDM, and/or UAF.
  • Object Certified Systems Modeler Professional (OCSMP) certification.
