  • Test Script Development: Develop test scripts utilizing business requirements and functional documentation to ensure thorough testing of our Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Test Execution: Execute SIT test scripts, record actual results, document, and retest defects to ensure timely resolution.
  • Defect Management: Assist in test defect management process, monitor, and report on defect resolution to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Test Planning: Work with QA Lead and business SMEs to review test scenarios and test scripts, incorporating feedback to ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Test Coordination: Coordinate execution of SIT test scripts with Project Managers and QA Lead to ensure timely completion.
  • Test Data Management: Review test sequence and test data required for testing with Product Owners, Business Process Leads, and Business SMEs to ensure accurate testing.
  • Test Planning: Work with QA Lead to outline Test plan for each cycle to ensure thorough testing.
  • Test Data Creation: Create test data as needed for all testing cycles to ensure accurate testing.
  • Test Participation: Participate in the test plan meeting and provide feedback to ensure comprehensive testing.
  • UAT Development: Develop test scripts for UAT scenarios identified by Product Owners, Business Process Leads, and Business SMEs to ensure timely resolution.
  • Regression Testing: Prepare regression test suite and perform regression testing prior to each Go-Live to ensure seamless delivery.
  • End-to-End Testing: Support end-to-end testing sessions to ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Go-NoGo Decision: Provide input for Go-NoGo decisions and participate in go-NoGo meeting to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in testing and validating Oracle HCM Fusion Functionality.
  • Oracle HCM Fusion: Oracle HCM Fusion functionality experience including Core HR, Benefits, LA, Payroll, Talent Management, Reports is required.
  • CEMLI/RICEW: Familiarity with Oracle CEMLI/RICEW is required.
  • Test Case Development: Experience in developing test cases and test plans for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Reports, and Talent Management is required.
  • Data Migration Testing: Experience in Data Migration testing, Functional, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing & E2E testing is required.
  • Test Execution: Experience in executing test cases to verify the functionality of the software and identify defects is required.
  • Test Data Management: Experience in creating and maintaining test data to support testing activities is required.
  • Business and IT Collaboration: Experience working with business and IT teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into test cases and test scripts is required.
  • Testing Activities: Experience facilitating testing activities, conducting test runs and cycles, defect tracking, issue resolution, and conducting defect triage meetings is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills are required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree. Technology or Computer Science degree preferred.
