Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at GNC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and promoting career growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, answering questions, and making recommendations based on product knowledge.
  • Generate sales by promoting products, handling cash transactions, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail store, including inventory counts and deposits.
  • Complete omni-channel orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date on product information, advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Boost product knowledge by learning features, advantages, and benefits of our products.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
  • Self-motivated and strong communication and team building skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation: This position pays $11 - $13 per hour, with opportunities for additional income through our sales incentive program.
