Job Overview

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support across departments, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive workplace environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, such as talent development programs and diversity initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
