We have an immediate opening for an experienced Human Resource Generalist to work in our Denver, CO office supporting staff and managers in our Western Region.

Job Activities:

  • Partner with management and leadership team in workforce planning, employee engagement, career development, performance management and policy interpretation and implementation

  • Contribute to a strong culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

  • Support managers in employee relations and performance management

  • Assist in onboarding and orientation and participates in interviews

  • Provides visible HR presence to our employees that support engagement

  • Assess training needs, create and present various training programs

  • Support Farnsworth Group’s core values of Integrity, Loyalty, Fairness, and Excellence

Specific Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources or related field required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of human resource generalist experience is required.

  • Experience developing training initiatives, materials and presentations preferred.

  • HR Certifications, PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

  • Effective interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels within the organization.

  • Proven skills in leadership, project management and people management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple demands and work independently.
