Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Respond promptly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Current State of MI RN license
- ACLS certification required; PALS and TNCC certification required at next available course
- ED/ICU nursing experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and customer service skills
