We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital in Laurium, MI. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and planning individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
  • Perform general nursing duties with adequate supervision, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Cross-train to support the needs of our dynamic healthcare environment.
Requirements:
  • Current State of MI RN license.
  • BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • ED/ICU nursing experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
