About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer - Lighting Solutions to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance for advanced lighting control systems.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Installation & Commissioning: Perform on-site installation and configuration of lighting control systems, ensuring proper integration with electrical and mechanical systems.
  2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with lighting control systems, including hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  3. Customer Training & Support: Deliver training to clients and contractors on the operation, functionality, and maintenance of the installed lighting control systems.
  4. Maintenance & Repairs: Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure long-term reliability of the lighting control systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, technical diploma or military experience in Electrical Systems, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of field service experience in lighting control, building automation, or electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of lighting control systems, electrical circuits, and networking principles preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with experience in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
