We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler I to join our team at a leading manufacturing company. As an Electrical Assembler I, you will be part of the Production Department, supporting the Assembly Team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of skilled assembly to produce quality electrical switchgear.
- Perform assignments from verbal and/or written instructions, drawings, blueprints, schematics, or other manufacturing information.
- Maintain expected progress of jobs and communicate problem areas or parts shortages.
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure conformance with specifications and codes.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment, tools, and work area by performing 5S+ duties.
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution (preferred).
- Experience in electrical assembly or a manufacturing setting (preferred).
- Proficiency with various tools, including manual/electric/pneumatic tools, drill press, press brake, fork truck, jib crane, template/fixtures, measuring and testing equipment, storage/packaging materials, and prescribed safety equipment (preferred).
