Job Title: Floor Lead

Job Summary:

The Floor Lead is responsible for leading the floor team while working on the floor. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the floor team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Communicate with team members and provide guidance and support as needed.

• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work environment is safe and healthy.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed and that the floor is running smoothly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role or in a related field.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for long periods of time.
