UniUni Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Assistant to join our team. As a Key Account Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's key clients by providing exceptional customer service, analyzing data, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist the Key Account Manager in resolving client concerns, analyzing data, and preparing reports to ensure high-quality service standards.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Develop an in-depth understanding of key clients' needs and requirements, and prepare tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare customized quotations for targeted accounts by applying pricing policies and utilizing market intelligence.
  • Customer SOPs: Create and maintain customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key account clients.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance review meetings with Key Account clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Tracking and Tracing: Track and trace the status of parcels and provide updates to Key account customers.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports on delivery/dispatch rates for key accounts.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and identify the underlying causes for any issues based on tracking and tracing reports from key account customers.
  • AR Billing: Prepare and send AR billing invoices/statements to customers on a weekly basis and follow up on any late payments.
  • Claims Review: Review claims submitted by Key Account Customers.
  • Additional Tasks: Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Key Account Manager.

Requirements:

  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: Possess experience within the logistics industry
  • Data Analysis: Demonstrate excellent aptitude in data analysis and reporting
  • Communication: Show exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership: Exhibit qualities of being proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
  • Problem-Solving: Display good leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Time Management: Possess effective time management and organizational skills
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Teamwork: Work well as a team player
  • Report Writing: Present strong report writing skills
  • Presentation Skills: Preference given to candidates with good presentation skills
  • Language Skills: Have a strong command of both written and spoken English, as well as Mandarin
  • Geography: Display basic knowledge of geography
