Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our team at Healdsburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. As a Lube Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' vehicles run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine Maintenance
    • Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Inspect vehicles for signs of wear and tear, and report any potential issues to senior technicians or service advisors.
  • Workstation Maintenance
    • Keep the service bay and equipment clean and well-organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
    • Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials, such as oil, filters, and chemicals, following environmental regulations.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all work is carried out to meet Healdsburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's quality and safety standards.
    • Assist in final quality checks on completed maintenance tasks to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to provide seamless customer service and address any customer concerns or questions.
