We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Analyst to join our team at Peraton. As a Cyber Analyst, you will play a critical role in advancing our customer's cyber-related capabilities and providing expert analysis to support operational analysts.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify and track changes related to topics of interest.
- Utilize cyber tools to provide analysis of threats, patterns, and events to enable operational analysts to understand, manage, and respond to potential threats.
- Collaborate with a government and contractor team to conduct cyber, signal, imagery, and multi-source intelligence analysis.
- Develop and maintain expertise in cyber tools, including Splunk, SQL, and telecommunications tools.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent.
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance.
- 6+ years of cyber analysis or cyber targeting experience.
- Prior experience leveraging Splunk, SQL, and telecommunications tools for analysis.
- Skilled in technical analysis and exploitation of data sets.
- Experience leveraging Python and Anaconda to support operations.
- Experience with Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks, and/or Virus Total.
- Digital network analysis experience.
- Proficient with cloud service providers (AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, and/or Google) in classified environments.
- Industry certification(s) - CISSP, CCNA, CEH, etc.
