Server Opportunities at Covenant Living

We are seeking Wait Staff to join our team at Covenant Living, a nation-wide family of Continuing Care Retirement Communities.

This role is accountable for providing prompt, courteous service to all residents and guests in the dining room during meal times.

  • Prepare salad bar items for lunch.
  • Fills salad bar with ice and sets for service.
  • Gathers plates and bowls as necessary for salad bar and soup kettle.
  • Serves lunch to residents, guests, and staff.
  • Buses tables and resets as needed.
  • Assists with clean up after special events.
  • Cleans up server area at the end of shift.
  • Completes weekly cleaning assignments as scheduled.

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • One year institutional food service experience.
  • Willingness to work and interact with older adults.
