Covenant Living Communities is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting a sense of community and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, in accordance with established procedures and daily assignments.
  • Assist with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting resident autonomy and dignity.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program and listing on the State's Health Nursing Assistant Registry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
